Holiday Inn London Heathrow - Bath Road By Ihg - West Drayton (Middlesex)

3-star airport hotel with an Italian streetscape atrium and free kids' meals

Atrium & Dining

The hotel's centerpiece is a unique open plan atrium inspired by Italian streetscapes, complete with street lighting and a theatre kitchen where chefs prepare meals in full view. Two on-site restaurants include Hi! Pizza, renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine, and a dedicated sports bar that broadcasts live sports events. Children aged 12 and under eat free from the main menu when dining with a paying adult.

Rooms & Views

Guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and some offer runway views, allowing guests to watch planes take off and land directly across the road. Soundproof windows and walls ensure minimal aircraft noise, as verified by guest reports. Rooms are equipped with smart TVs and USB ports, and accessible rooms provide lower bathroom sinks, grab rails, and emergency cords in bathrooms.

Family & Kids

The hotel provides a free ice cream voucher for children upon check-in and offers a kids' activity bag at the end of breakfast. Family rooms with sofa beds are available, and the breakfast buffet includes a kid-friendly buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold items. Staff members are frequently praised for going out of their way to assist families, including helping with children's meals and accommodating special requests like runway-facing rooms for plane-obsessed kids.

Business & Connectivity

Business travelers have access to flexible meeting rooms suitable for up to 80 delegates, plus a business centre with fax and photocopying services. The hotel offers 35 electric vehicle charging points on site, and the front desk operates 24 hours with express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and an ATM/cash machine. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and the hotel provides a shuttle service connection via the Heathrow Hoppa bus (chargeable third-party service).

Location & Transport

Located opposite Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 and 3, the hotel is within 15 minutes of central London via the Heathrow Express from the airport terminals.
